Fresh fish from the farm
 The capital perch is only available if ordered in advance. Price per fish.
 Order now online and collect it directly from the ECF Farm on Thursday between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Orders placed until 9 a.m. on Thursdays are still valid for the same day! The handover takes place cashless and at the open farm door. 
 
 Each fish is shed by hand and packed individually in a drip-proof paper sheet. Grilled in the oven or fried as a fillet, it is always a pleasure! You can find a short filleting video here .
